Daniel H Walker was appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of The Pennant Group, Inc. upon its formation. Prior to joining Pennant, Mr. Walker served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc. ("Cornerstone") since May 2010.
